Products and Content:

All content, products, prices, styles, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.  At the time an order is placed, the purchaser agrees to the item's price and quantity purchased.  The purchaser also agrees to the shipping charges added to the purchase.  

Shipping Policy:

The Roush Fenway Racing Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.  Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. All credit card purchases are processed in real time.  If a product ordered by the purchaser is out of stock or no longer available, the purchaser will receive a credit back for the purchase.  Purchasers will receive an email notification of confirmation for the order and an email with notification of shipping information, if available.

For all items that are ordered and in stock, orders will normally be processed and shipped out within two (2) business days to the purchaser.  Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery to the "ship to" address provided.  If the purchaser requests express delivery, that package will deliver on the express option of choice for the date requested, provided such option and date are available.

International Shipments -

At this time, the Roush Fenway Racing Shop does not accept all international orders via the Internet.  However, orders can be placed by phone by calling 704-720-4350 and special shipping rates will apply.  

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to higher shipping/handling charges based on size/weight of order.  Customer is responsible for all additional duties and taxes.

Express Delivery -

The Roush Fenway Racing Shop offers UPS Next Day Air Saver.  Orders must be submitted (on the date the order is to ship) by 2:00pm EST.  Items shipped via express delivery must be in stock at the time of purchase.  Additional charges will apply.

On occasion, orders or parts of an order are cancelled.  Some reasons are:

 *    Item(s) not available.

 *    Difficulty in processing your payment information.

 *    Cannot ship to address provided.

 *    Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order was cancelled and your will receive a credit back for the purchase.

Orders shipped within North Carolina incur a 7.0% sales tax.

Return Policy:

Once an order is processed and shipped, that order cannot be cancelled.

No refunds, exchanges only.  A request for an exchange must be authorized in advance by a customer service representative within fourteen (14) business days of purchase with original sales receipt.  Please call 704-720-4350 for an authorization number and instructions.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.

Exchanges sent back to Roush Fenway Racing without the exchange authorization number or proper proof of purchase will be returned to the customer.  Exchanges will not be accepted on items that have been worn, washed, or improperly cared for.  Only defective items or items in their original condition will be accepted.  If the product is defective, shipping charges will be credited to the purchaser.
